FIRED Pizza Company ( Est 2007) is the original mobile catering provider specialising in traditional Napolitana style pizza. We have travelled throughout the upper North Island attending large public events, to weddings at stunning locations, to private celebrations at home and to corporate functions at the office or warehouse and in regional parks. Our office is where the fun is. We are self-sufficient and environmentally friendly. We serve our wood-fired pizza on biodegradable plates with recycled paper serviettes, use well seasoned hard wood - an efficient renewable energy , and aim for zero waste.

We purchased our first mobile wood oven from Al Forno Wood-fired Ovens and shipped it to Auckland just in time for our first large public festival and a frantic learning curve. Our attitude is still " better never ends" with our wood-fired pizza. People regularly tell us our pizza is the best they have had. We have since added another mobile wood oven and a fully customised 20ft shipping container, the Pizza Pod (Sept 2011) to the wood-fired pizza cooking 'fleet'.

Of course, all our hard working wood-fired ovens are Al Forno models; a Calabrian 8C, Sicilian 10D and a Neopolitan 15E.
